i have only been here this year, and i probably have no room to talk considering i had to set the second half of the season out cause of grades...but it does seem like we have recieved the short end of the stick alot...examples being.
1. No banner in the performance arena for EITHER of the national championships.
2. Does anyone know if we got recognition either this year or last year for our national championships at any of the pep rallys? I know all the other sports did.
3. Does the school realize that we are up against the best in the country, none of this NAIA stuff...congrats on what the all the other teams did by all means. But we have defeated the BEST OF THE BEST in the country...no divisions or anything.
4. Does anyone have the exact balance of scholarship money we have brought in for our school? Was there any tournament where there wasnt a check brought back?
5. Another note on that...compared to how much we brought back, how much have the other teams brought back? (and the boys couldnt even get shirts for nationals)
I am trying to be as fair as I can to the college cause honestly without their generous scholarship offer I was given I wouldnt be at a university at all...but i still feel like we (the bowling team) should be receiving a little more recognition than we recieve.
