Taking Inventory for Chicago Baker Tournament/Early Check-In

We need to confirm who is available for the Storm Baker Challenge tournament in Chicago this weekend January 12-13.

A list for early check-in was turned in and approved based on what everyone told Phil last semester.  Everyone was approved for Thursday, January 10.  You'll still have to communicate with your CA, or whomever you get your key from to coordinate this.  Please note, that the early check-in period does NOT include any food on campus since we're leaving early Friday afternoon.  If you are checking in early, I am assuming that you are riding the bus to and from Chicago, so let Phil know if this isn't the case for some reason.

Those who are going to the tournament on their own need to fill out a travel form on ARMS.  The log-in info was included in the PowerPoint that was emailed after our meeting at the beginning of the year.  Since you are not arriving on campus to check-in until Sunday, you will also have to communicate with your CA or whomever you get your key from to coordinate and plan for when you arrive back on campus Sunday.

In either case, don't just show up and expect everything to be ready.  Make sure you communicate.  Thanks.
