Ok so everyone sees all the teams walking around in the warm ups or sweatsuits and everyone seems to talk about wanting some....so Emil and I have taken it upon us to start the process. But we need your input on what you would like....
We were thinking of maybe sweatsuits (like the lacross team and hockey team have), then maybe a windbreaker jacket that says lindenwood bowling on it, and a teeshirt. Maybe also seeing if we could get help with buying shirts also. One of the other things that will be discussed in this meeting is a banner for the guys team for winning nationals last year.
If you guys have any opinion please let us know...you can post on here or just talk to me or Emil. Also if anyone would like to go to the meeting with us, the more the better. I am going to try and set it up for 9:30 am on Tuesday. Get back to us if you have an opinion on this matter...
I guess I'm COMLETELY lost Are you fellows and chicks looking to get Spellman to buy us something like that? Sweet Otherwise are we trying to get a sponsor to maybe get us the goods at a discouted rate? I suppose I'm just looking for more information

Oh, maybe you could try to make the meeting at a time when more people don't have classes...Make Spellman work around my scheduele Don't think he doesn't know where I am at all times He's been keeping an eye on me ever since I told that chlorophyll is the new black He wasn't too happy either when I replaced his cushy, jelly like shoe insoles with pain Oh, golly...and the time murdered his Grandmother..that was a h00t!! ash cah i think it is a great idea that u are doin this for the team, if u and emil need any help let me no and i will help u guys. all of the stuff u guys mentioned above would be great to have, but if we can get anything for free if should be the windbreaker/wind pants or sweat pants cuz the majority of the team has the LU bowling sweatshirt or a sweatshirt that says Lindenwood on it in general...they are easy to purchase too and i think the prices of them are going down........anyway let me know what happens

The meeting is not with Spellman, it is with Brett Barger. He is the Director of Athletic Managment and Marketing. He seemed like a really cool guy today when we met with him and that he is willing to help us out a lot.
TO let everyone know when talking to some of the sports teams and to Brett himself, no team gets free stuff. They do have to pay for it but its almost like a 50/50 deal. Our circumstances are a little different though. THis is because we bring back a lot of money that most teams do not bring back. Also, since we aren't NAIA there are different rules and stuff. We are going to try on Tuesday to get all of this settled and see what we can do or have done to help us out.

I am very appreciative of what you and E are doing Ashley. The bowling team, from what I can tell, has always been sort of the "step child" of LU athletics. This is a HUGE step in the direction of bringing our names, and mostly this program's respect, from the bottom to the top. We all wish you the best of luck, and like Shea said, if yall need n e thing, lemme know and I'll do what I can!!

Ash and E..I'm really glad that you guys are trying to get this stuff together for the team.all of the options sound great!!! Obviously free would be good...but if we can only get a 50/50 sorta deal that's cool too. i'd like to help as much as possible so just let me know if there's anything i can help with and i'll do my best!!
