Workouts for the fall will begin Monday, September 9 at 6pm in the Fitness Center. The first night will just be set up as a "learning" event. We'll have an athletic trainer demonstrating how to perform the majority of the exercises and lifts correctly, so dress appropriately, but do not expect it to be a full workout.
Those will begin on Wednesday, September 11 at 6pm and we will be using the same regiment that we did this past spring. A summary of that workout is included as Appendix G in the Lindenwood Bowling Handbook and Training Manual found on your CD. Everyone should print a copy of it to have on Monday.
