Ladies Workouts


Ladies!

Workouts for the fall will begin Monday, September 9 at 6pm in the Fitness Center.  The first night will just be set up as a "learning" event.  We'll have an athletic trainer demonstrating how to perform the majority of the exercises and lifts correctly, so dress appropriately, but do not expect it to be a full workout.

Those will begin on Wednesday, September 11 at 6pm and we will be using the same regiment that we did this past spring.  A summary of that workout is included as Appendix G in the Lindenwood Bowling Handbook and Training Manual found on your CD.  Everyone should print a copy of it to have on Monday.

Oh, wait.  You don't have your CD yet?  I have them at my office at Hyland 214!

Due to the heat today, the Fitness Center will be closing this afternoon into the evening, so the planned ladies workout is postponed.

Temperatures aren't supposed to be much better on Wednesday, so I expect it to be closed again then.

This means that everything will be pushed back a week. 

Expect our intro training session to take place Monday, September 16th at 6pm now.
