The travel sets currently in circulation are being retired this spring and will be replaced with a new jacket/pants only combo this coming fall.
If you are a senior and will graduate, you are able to keep your set.
Those returning next season have the option of returning your set or you may purchase each of the individual items at $5/each. (jacket = $5, pants = $5, bag = $5, shirt = $5)
I do have a stock of stuff that hasn't been distributed and will try to set up a day later this spring to "sell" any items to those who are interested, as well as collect items from anyone that doesn't want to keep them, or collect money from those that do.
The travel set turn-in day is scheduled for Thursday, May 9th from 130pm-5pm at my office, 3110 Evan's Commons. If you are NOT a senior listed below, you must turn your items in or you will be charged full retail value for them. You have the option of purchasing some or all of the items at $5 per piece. For instance, if you want to keep your bag and jacket, that would be $10, but I must get the money by 5pm on May 9th. I have a large supply of items of various sizes and some bags that anyone in the program may purchase for the same $5/piece price. I'll have all of those items at my office that day.
If you are turning items back in, please make sure they have been WASHED!
I will also have samples of the new men's and women's pants and jackets that will comprise the NEW travel set that can be tried on to make sure that proper sizes will be ordered over the summer.

One other thing that I can do is also distribute the athletic gifts that I have for the year. I know you find this hard to believe, but even though I turned in a list of names several months ago, not everything has arrived yet, including most of the senior gifts. I'll hand out what I have and we'll deal with the rest when it finally comes in.
