Those needing a physical should go to the athletic training office between 12n and 3p on Monday, August 27th. Expect to wait in line a bit.
EVERYONE needs to go the the AT office on Monday afternoon to meet with our athletic trainer to finalize medical paperwork and Sportsware Online information to be eligible for practice/tryouts.
If you're an incoming new player to the program and need to submit an immunization form, bring it to our meeting Monday night or turn it in directly to the Admissions office. It's not supposed to be turned in to the AT office ironically.
One of two opportunities to attend a required athlete orientation meeting is Monday, August 27th at 7pm at the Cultural Center. The other meeting is the same time on Thursday. You must attend one of the two meetings and sign the champions of character paperwork and drug testing policy. This is required to be eligible to compete and earn an athletic letter winners award.
See the other posts for details. See you Monday night at our big organizational meeting.
If you are planning to tryout or actively participate in the bowling program this season, but were unable to attend our organizational meeting last night, please notify Phil by Thursday, August 30th and set up a time to complete the necessary bowling paperwork.
It's also needed so we can more accurately create lane assignments for Saturday.
Check-in for the first block of tryouts begins at about 830am, but if you have NOT paid your tryout fees yet, you might want to arrive a bit earlier so our start isn't delayed.
Also, you are supposed to have ALL your medical paperwork completed before bowling tryouts.
