I'm bored, so I thought I would pass along bowling tips.
Did you hear what Pete said on TV yesterday? In an interview during his match with Rash, he said he thought most bowlers think too much. Between shots while sitting on the bench, he lets his mind wander; even used the example of finding a golf course to play at the next stop before the tournament. Of course, once its his turn to bowl, he's back to bowling. He even mentioned that he used visualization technique the Phil and I describe in the Lindenwood Handbook.
Moral of the Story; Don't think too much! We bowl dozens of games a week training our body the correct way to bowl. Our conscious brain is an amazing creations that can think of many thoughts in second, but most of those random thoughts don't help us. They can be negative and lead to self-doubt, or just clutter up our objective. You have training your body to the best of your ability. Trust yourself and keep your thought process positive and simple.
