Hey everyone,

Take a look at all the stuff on this list.  The Drug Testing Policy form you signed means that you could be randomly selected and tested.  If found with one of the following, you would be suspended from athletic competition.  Some of this stuff is potentially in over the counter things, so this is a big deal.

Here is a direct quote from the compliance officer.  It would not be illegal in normal amounts: 

But it is a banned substance in large doses.  In other words you wouldnt test positive if you drank one cup of coffee.  Its more about for people who take caffeine pills or other pills/supplements with a great amount of caffeine in them.

This probably means you have to lay off those super high caffeine energy drinks.

basically it bans pre-workouts such as jack3d and razor-8. They have a ton of caffeine as well as other illegal sups that are on the list. Funny thing is you can buy them right off the shelf at any gnc. Lay off the juice guys
