Spring Finals Week 2011 Work and Learn
Work and Learn during Finals Week is a make-up week for the Spring Semester. If you are behind on hours, you can make-up some hours during this week to catch-up for the Spring. During Finals week you can make-up at most 20 hours. The time sheet is available on your Student Portal under the My Work and Learn section. You will go to that page and there is a section of Print Time Sheet. It will come up as a PDF file with your name and ID already on the time sheet. Below is an example of how to obtain the time sheet for Finals Week.

You will then need to take the timesheet to your supervisor. The Finals Week timesheet is just like a normal timesheet, so you have to get both your supervisor and your signature to get credit for the Work and Learn that you completed. You must turn in the timesheet to the Work and Learn Office no later than May 13th to receive credit to the Work and Learn Office.

Food Service and NCAA Sport Work and Learn students working in the NCCA Sport Work and Learn Area do not need to worry about printing off the Finals Week time sheet, just continue what you were doing during the semester because the supervisor will have a time sheet for you in those areas of the NCCA sports and Food Service Department.

Please Print it off and give the time sheet to your supervisor. Remember, the time sheet is due May 13, 2011.
