Note:  30 bonus pins for each team win on Saturday.
30 bonus pins for winning 5 ball shoot-out at conclusion of each team game on Saturday.
10 bonus pins for each baker game win during qualifying on Sunday morning
Additional 20 bonus pins for higher 4-baker game total each set

During match play, higher seed gets starting lane choice.  Exception is if lower seed is undefeated against team with one match loss for quarter-final matches and beyond.
If any match is tied 1-1, team with higher total first two games gets lane choice for game 3.
