I don't know if anybody is interested but I have been going to the gym pretty consistently on monday's, wednesday's, and friday's around four or five if anybody wants to join. You don't have to do anything if you don't want to do just thought I would put the offer out there.....
Anybody else who goes to the gym on regular basis go ahead and put your scedule down and see if anybody wants to go on your time.
I really recommend working out for bowling, it may not seem like being physically fit for bowling makes a difference but when you are lofting the gutter for the last six games of a tourney muscle strength really makes the difference.
