4)   Writing Proficiency Assessment Dates

The Writing Proficiency Assessment dates and times for the fall semester are now posted online and in the folder on PC Common called Writing Proficiency Assessment.  This is a University required assessment for all undergraduate students.

Important notes

1.  Students should take the WPA after completing (and passing) ENG 170 Composition II.

2.  Students must sign up online 24 hours prior to the test date.

3.  Students may only take the WPA one time no  do-overs.

4.  Students may check their transcripts to see if they have already taken and passed/failed the WPA.

5.  Students who do not pass are required to take ENG 210 prior to graduation - no exceptions.

6.  There is no testing during J-Term or over the summer.

7.  The last test date for this semester is Sunday, November 21 no exceptions.

8.  All students will receive an email announcing the test dates later this week.
