4)   Writing Center Information for Students-If you'd like help with a paper or some other type of writing.

Writing Center Hours for Fall 2010

Mondays              9:00-6:00

Tuesdays              9:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:30

Wednesdays        9:00-6:00

Thursdays            9:00-4:00 and 6:30-8:30

Fridays                 9:00-5:00

Saturdays          10:00-4:00

Sundays               2:00-6:00 and 7:00-10:00

·        Please consider using the appointment system to guarantee a meeting with a writing consultant.  To do this, please follow these instructions:

o   Go to the LU homepage.  Click Academics. Click Tutors and Writing Center.  Click Tutors (upper right-hand corner).  Follow the prompts to make an appointment.

·        Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee that at writing consultant will be available to meet with you.

·        You may make three 30-minute appointments per week.

·        If you have a paper longer than five pages, please allow for a one-hour meeting.

·        Hours may change during finals week, so please check back in December. 

·        The schedule is also posted on PC Common in the folder called Writing Center.
