Hey everyone,

In the process of explaining the eligibility form that most of you signed at the meeting on Monday, I failed to indicate that you needed to put down your student ID number as well.  Sorry about that. 

I will have the forms at St. Charles Lanes on Thursday for practice, but if you just want to send me your student ID number via e-mail, I can write it in for you too.

phil if you have our SSN numbers that's also considered our student ID number.. didn't know if you knew that or not.
