Randy & I will be sanctioning everyone on-line this Wednesday & Thursday (9/30 & 10/1). In order to do this, we need your address, birthday, sanction number from last year (if you had one) and whether you want to be sanctioned as a junior or an adult. Once you move to adult, you can no longer move back to junior status and bowl any junior events, leagues or tournaments. You can be either to bowl collegiately... Most of the info was obtained from the Player Info sheet if you filled out everything. Sanction cards will be sent to your home address, although for international athletes, we may use the bowling center address so the cards aren't sent out of the country.
Below is a list of people and what type of sanctioning they requested. If it's blank or if it's wrong, please let us know ASAP! Thanks!
