I love how people take things the wrong way all the time. Small jokes get completely turned around into something they are not. I would love to see some of these people on the team a few years back when all the berating and funny happenings and vulgarity were going on. They wouldnt know what to do. For example when Ed Mueller was on the team. A lot of people including myself would mess with him all the time but he knew that no one meant any of it and it was just A JOKE. The famous David Czarnecki tirade when he shot 298 in Atlanta a few years back would probably scare everyone now.
Are you asking me if it involves me or telling me? Maybe it does not. Who knows? It didnt involve you either really. That original post didn't say anything about you. Being a former team member and a person that actually helped start the program I think I should have the right to say things if I want. I have actually heard that most of the people took the post as a joke anyway. Theres only a few that took it the wrong way. Like TeddyKGB says "its all just a big ****ing joke anyway!"
But i will say this..... atleast 15 ppl IMed me lastnight between 12 & 130am saying "screw those guys...theyre both ****s" .....and if youd like names, I'll gladly give them.
So what Im beginning to see is that what YOU think is a joke, isnt a joke to everyone. So maybe you should watch what you say in the future & this way it will keep everyone happy.
I mean look at it this way....Troy Hooper got angry! WHEN DOES TROY EVER GET ANGRY?!?!?!

Mike I have no problem with u or steve and I know how u guys like to joke around b/c my brother was the same way. But see were not the same team that u guys were a few years ago and knowing Ed and how much stuff he put up with.... well I could NEVER put up with all the stuff he did.
Well thanks for the kind words Suzy. I know the team is probably not like it used to be anymore. There are still some people that have been on the team for 3 or 4 years now that should know better.
Doesn't really matter if it gets cleared up with Justtouchit, because he is not even on the team anyways.....and it obviously doesn't concern him and he even signs it in his name...hahaha.
I don't have any problem with the Mssrs. Solovic posting here...even though neither of them bowl on the team anymore, they did help get things started here. They want the team to be successful; I understand that. (I still watch Vincennes and their guys, even though I graduated...ahem...25 years ago...) Both of them may have some helpful hints (due to the superior coaching they received, some of which they actually listened to.) Sure, they're both left-handed, so they had it easier than most...but I believe they both mean well (well, have to wonder about a person who wants to be a lawyer, I think he's only in it for the Benjamins...)
Oh, and Steve...I already have your graduation present...a police scanner, so you can find those ambulances to chase...
So, instead of the enmity currently being offered, leave us to welcome Bucky and Rocco with open arms (hide your wallets, though)
I don't agree with the post that Steve made, even though that some of it is true. The way that it was said was quite cruel. I have no room to talk because I am also bowling like a damn 8 year old, but that still doesn't give someone the right to go on there and bash people that are my teammates. I guess since that you said it was a joke I believe you but you could of used kinder words. I don't think that it is fair to give shadow the boot, but something needs to be done about it. Granted he said that he didn't give steve any information about what to say he still had to give him some kind of idea I mean come on man were did he get all that information. So to everyone that is my opinion. Everyone is entitled to it and not everyone is going to agree with it.
I have said all along that my main problem with the original post was its tone. Making fun of people is ok if you know the source. If i call shadow an ass it is no big deal cause it is me and it is him, and he knows i will say that to his face and most likely not mean it. The problem with steve's post was its anoniminity. In a bigger forum that is not a problem, no one realy knows anyone else, but this is a much smaller group that actualy has to deal with each other on a daily basis. I know Jlowe can take a joke, hell i watched him play air hockey! But some words that are funny from a friend are not from a stranger. Shadow you don't need to leave i was not trying to call you a troll (i was calling steve one but i am wayyyy over that now). I was merely asking why you felt that it was necessary to 'liven' things up in that way. Yes this place is dead more often than not, but that is because we all talk all the time, either on IM or in person or what not. If i realy ****ed you off i did not mean to and i am sorry. Steve, likewise. As i used to say in class (back when i had a job) i get ****ed quick but i tend to get over it quickly too, and i do not hold grudges.
