I just wanted to personaly thank the entire Lindenwood Bowling Program for their support last night. I was realy touched by the turnout you guys gave Mike. I was humbled when I looked up from reading Cat's letter and realised that most of the crowd was from the team. Mike did feel that coaching was the most worthwhile thing he did and you proved that there was a mutual respect happening.
This has been a tough time for many of us and you all made it a bit eaiser last night.
Me, I'm dishonest and an dishonest man you can always trust to be dishonest. Honestly, it's the hoenst ones you want to look out for becuase you never know when they're going to do something...incredibly.... stupid..- Jack Sparrow
It was a great service and it was nice to see everyone, albeit under tragic circumstances..
And Hanke - I can't thank you enough for reading my letter on the lector. It was very touching to walk in during at 7:05 and hearing it being read in front of a packed house. I started to feel extremely guilty throughout the week for never telling Mike what he meant to my life and this certainly helped in making peace with it. I hope it summed up how everyone felt about him.
Keep in touch everyone (314-605-3557). I like being a grown-up, but I certainly do miss the good ole days somtimes!!
