Little Bit Of Help

Out of my curiosity, other than me and JT, who else on the team is going to be, or plans on being a Youth member?

just trying to decide if its worth staying down the last year for JOG next year. it pertains to school because i will need people to go to youth tournaments with during the year. kind of boring by myself, ya know?

I'm staying youth next year too, and I definately want to try and do more tournaments next year other than Greater Iowas.

come on BV, think about who you're talkin to here. you don't think i KNOW that the USBC only cares about themselves? HELLO!!!!! i had the preverbial, and while we're at it, the verbial USBC knife sticking out of my back. i've since removed it and moved on. And as far as:

       I realized it when:
  1. When the USBC changed the format of JOG.
  2. When the USBC added 300 more bowlers to JOG.
  3. When the USBC made the shots easier in Ft. Lauderdale, and plan on making them easier in Buffalo.
  4. When I sat in a meeting room with the rest of the 2006 Junior Team in Florida the Saturday b4 JOG and listened to Kevin Dorenbergger (orw.e. it is) tell us that THEY (the USBC) knew what youth bowlers wanted, when he had a room of some of the top level players telling him he was wrong.
And i'm not in it for the scholarship money, never have been and   never will be. its a respect thing, and you're right, i'm not staying down JUST for JOG next year. the reason of this thread was to see if there was anyone who would want to travel to tournaments throughout the midwest this school year. if no one was willing to, i would probably move up. i know that i've got nothing left to prove at the Junior level. now my sights are on the college level. This summer, to me, is about getting a little redemption. Next, summer? who knows.
