You didn't send out a mass email about Josh's USBC card or the other bowlers eligibility forms.

Yes, I have, twice. Josh has yet to contact me, so if any has him in class,tell him to contact me. BTW, the rest of the team fill out sanction cards in Sept, so this only applies to Josh.
