Information and instructions regarding medical/insurance eligibility for bowling have been emailed to all new incoming players (personal account) and all returning players (LU account). Please find this email and complete the necessary steps. NOTE: For new players, this includes having a physical performed by your primary care physician prior to arrival.
Everyone must complete the requirements and be cleared by Athletic Training prior to being able to officially practice or compete.
