Hi everyone- I have been told that the list of bowlers below has been approved for early check-in on Thursday, January 5 or Friday, January 6 so you can get into your room before we depart for the Hoinke Bearcat tournament on that Friday. This approval does NOT include any on-campus meals, so you would be on your own there.
I have also been told that the procedure is to just hold on to your key rather than turn it in, but you'll have to have a conversation with your RD (or whoever you would turn your key into) to let them know what's going on. Thanks!
There has been a bit of confusion regarding the check-out procedure that would allow everyone to return early. OK, so it turns out that housing staff will be back working again by the 5th, so you don't need to keep your key in order to get back in on January 5th. Just turn it in like normal and then return on the 5th and go through the normal process of checking back in.
