There are several roster members of our team who have not submitted their immunizations. These records must be submitted by December 9.  An email reminder was sent to those this applies to on November 7 reminding you of this requirement. 

If a student cannot locate the original email from Castle Branch, then please have them contact Taylor at x4985 or tschwede@lindenwood.edu  and she can reissue the evite.

Requirements:

             Tuberculosis Test: 1-step skin test that was administered within the past twelve months

·         Religious and medical exemptions are permitted.

             Meningococcal: Meningococcal Conjugate Vaccine (MCV4 or Quadrivalent) or waiver

Where to obtain the vaccines (charges will apply):

             Resident students may go to the Wellness Center
