The travel set items (Lindenwood Bowling jacket and pants) that we have had for the past three seasons are BEING RETIRED! As has been the case before, anyone who is a graduating senior is able to keep any travel set items that they have, however those who are NOT graduating seniors have two options:
1) Turn any travel set items back in to me by the end of finals week, May 13.
2) or you may purchase the travel set items you were issued for $5 per piece, but this must also be done by the end of finals week, May 13.
NOTE: Doing neither of the above options could result in being charged for the full retail price of the items (we don't want that to happen)
This means that we are getting brand new items next season! Yay!
I looked at samples of possible new travel sets and have determined that the Under Armour Qualifier Warm-Up Jacket and Pants are our best option. It comes in identical styles for me and women and includes zippered pockets. I need to submit the order by June 17.
From a color standpoint, our options are Black with white trim or Grey with white trim. Anyone have a preference?
Also, I had thought about possibly getting the guys an Under Armour backpack instead of pants since guys are already wearing pants to competitions, but what are your thoughts? I may not be able to order different things anyway, but wanted to get some feedback.
We are still on a three-year cycle, so what we get, we will have for three years!
I'm working on finding a jersey next, but it looks like it'll have to be a more basic polo regardless, although I experimented with a possible option that is based off of a soccer jersey. See attached for a women's sample. The men's would be cut differently, but designed the same.
