Tournament Update

Just to confirm, we are NOT traveling to the Brunswick Southern.  Instead, we are going to a smaller tier 2 tournament in Lawrence, Kansas the first weekend of November.  We have two men's teams and two women's teams entered.

Also, we have another post-season event added to the calendar.  The Intercollegiate Club Championships will take place April 5-6, 2014 in Indianapolis, IN.  This is an invitation only event for the top 24 men's and top 24 women's teams that aren't affiliated with any other organization except the USBC Collegiate.  No NAIA, NCAA, or junior college teams would be invited.  Teams like Wichita, Newman, the Whitewater men, and us would be.  The weekend falls in between sectionals and the ITC and will be the last weekend of spring break for Lindenwood.

Lane patterns for ITC, ISC won't be disclosed prior to play in 2014
To enhance the competition for the 2014 XBowling Intercollegiate Team and Singles Championships, the lane pattern used for the event will not be disclosed to players or coaches prior to play. This enhancement will be implemented in partnership with the bowling tournament service provider H2M Management.

H2M Management will develop the competition pattern confidentially and provide lane maintenance for the 2014 XBowling Intercollegiate Team and Singles Championships as well as sectional qualifying events. In 2014, the first ball thrown in practice at the competition will be the first look at what's on the lane. No information, including length or volume, will be disclosed until after the event.

An additional change includes adjusting the team championships final from a best two-out-of-three format to best three-out-of-five. To read more about the changes, click
