John John hasn't been ruled out by the USBC, but we get the idea that they will, so he will be a coach.
Ray has an issue with school eligibility, so still bowl, go as a coach, or they ban him from going completely.
I think he has a good chance of straightening this out, but as now we don't know. If he can't go, Rodolfo would take his place. If he can go but can't bowl, he will be a coach and the B team will go with 6.
