So, i was thinking we could start the year off with a team dinner. It would be fun and it would give the new players an oppurtunity to meet some of the other team mates. I think it would be cool if we could have several team activities throughout the year. The only problem is i do not know what everyone would be wanting to do. If anyone has any suggestions reply to this message.
I have talked to several people about the dinner, i think we have decided that this Saturday September 1st after try outs we are going to El Maguey. If anyone would like to join just let me know; i am going to call the restaurant Saturday afternoon once i get an accurate number of people going and make sure they have space for us.
Not sure if you meant just the guys team or everyone, but I think this is a really good idea. But, if you mean everyone, and we get a good turnout, we might not all fit in El Maguey. It's kind of tiny compared to the size of this team. haha
I was also thinking it'd be fun to get a group together to go to a Cards game before our season really gets going. I'll make a separate post about that.
