We only have 9 more days until signing up for the SAME room/W&L assignments through the student portal ends. The portal will be locked at 5 p.m. on Feb. 29. Whoever doesnt hold their current assignments (except students in Freshman halls) by that day and time will not have that assignment for next year. All residents have received 2 emails and one printed flier about this and at least 2 from W&L.
Sign-ups to CHANGE rooms/W&L assignments will be the same days as class registration for general students and are listed below. If your team is travelling on any of these dates, please instruct the students affected to come to Housing the first week of March (the 5th through the 9th) and fill out an application, which will be held until the specific registration date.
So, if you have players who are going to be seniors and will be gone on Mar 12, they need to see me the week before, not the whole team. Or if you will be gone the 20 through the 22, I would need to see the sophomores and the freshman before they leave.
The applications will be held, and the students will be placed on their specific day. Connie and I will do our best to place them in their first choice.
REMEMBER- EACH student needs to sign up---a student writing a friends name on the application as a roommate request does NOT sign that person up. Every student needs to fill out an application for the procedure listed below.
If you want to sign up for a different room or work assignment, or if you are currently housed in a FRESHMAN residence hall, you must sign up on the day reserved for your class. This cannot be done through the Student Portal. Come to Spellmann Campus Center, 1st floor, The Connection, to complete a NEW Housing and/or NEW Work and Learn contract.
The Connection will be open from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Monday, March 12 - GRADUATE & SENIORS with 84 or more COMPLETED credit hours.
Thursday, March 15 - JUNIORS with 54 or more COMPLETED credit hours.
Tuesday, March 20 - SOPHOMORES with 24 or more COMPLETED credit hours
Thursday, March 22- FRESHMEN with less than 24 COMPLETED credit hours
Your class registration will be confirmed on the day you complete the housing and work and learn changes.
