We currently have three men's teams that look solidly reserved and two women's teams for the tournament. Very outside shot that we would get a third women's team back, but it would be very last minute.

I know we don't know rosters yet, but I will need to know who is riding vans over to the Baker Challenge. I currently have three packers and a cargo reserved. I don't want to have a reserved van sitting on the parking lot all weekend, so let me know as soon as you can.
If you are driving yourself or riding with someone else, I will need the travel form as usual.
I'll be riding in the vans and I can drive one of the vans if you want, Phil.

I would like to ride in a van!!! and also,I have told Phil this already,i have prior commitments for sunday morning,so if there is any way i can bowl just on saturday, that would be great!!!
As of Wednesday morning, there will be 25 varsity and 15 JV teams on the mens side. There will be 27 varsity and 5 JV womens teams entered into McKendree Baker Challenge on Feb 4&5. The pattern for the men will be 37 feet with 35 ml. The womens pattern will be 37 feet with 33ml. The same pattern will be used both days.
Vans must depart from bowling center at 8am on SATURDAY.
Cargo van has to go to men's center first, so any ladies that wish to place stuff in the cargo, need to be there before 8a or stuff will have to go with you in the packer. It looks like we're going to easily fill two packers with people and we can only put 10 in a van including drivers, so any overflow will go in the third van which may have to go to the men's center first and then back to the women's on Saturday.
Sunday, the ladies bowl first and practice at 815am, so vans traveling to Bel-Air must leave no later than 7am. Guys practice a half hour later, so vans to men's center must leave no later than 730am on Sunday.
We will need at least 4 drivers total. Jillian and Connor, you're in. A third driver will be determined based on whether Randy is driving over or not. I plan to get the keys Friday night, so we might be able to disperse van keys then to make Saturday morning easier. Stay tuned and be ready to be flexible
OK, Connor, Nathan and Jillian...you're all needed on Saturday and Sunday to drive. I will attempt to pick up keys after 6pm Friday evening, so I can distribute to you tonight if you're around. Remember that when you go over to pick up a van, you can't leave your car parked in the Hyland Arena lot.
With the key pick up this evening, it also means that anyone wanting to load up the cargo tonight may do so, in particular, the ladies since the cargo will have to leave before the ladies packer van.
