Recommended structured workout

http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/himl-4-maximum-muscle-building-workout-system.html

The link above will take you to muscleandstrength.com where I found the workout plan that I am currently using. I personally have been doing this work out for about three months now in addition to a bodybuilding.com workout that I did for about two months that I don't recommend anyone try. Jordan also has been doing the muscleandstrength.com workout for about a month and a half now as well. We both feel that not only have we gotten stronger but we are slowly seeing more muscle tone.

Outside of the whole physical side of working out it has become my biggest stress reliever and its just nice to do something that has measurable achievements.

Now this workout may be a little to advanced for some but start slow and build up to it. Keep the weights lower until you are comfortable with the lifts and make sure you don't hurt yourself.lol

As mentioned at the workout last night, I also have copies of the whole plan that the LU athletic training staff put together for bowling.  Just find me at my office or at the bowl if interested.

not a bad novice workout plan. Little weird on the order of exercises but at least its a good split. It will help tone you up but you wont see very much growth
