Spink and I have been talking and we thought it would be a good idea to have everyone run after our workouts on Wednesdays. We would stretch, have a warm up run, and then wind sprints. It's a good thing to get the blood flowing after the workouts to help with recovery and it is another good way to get everyone on the team together. We will not have it this Wednesday but plan on it next Wednesday the 14th.
If your doing leg workouts on wednesday i wouldn't recommend running afterwards. Two positives equal a negative there. It would be good to run on a thursday following wednesday because it will loosen up the lactic acid build up from the previous day. you will actually heal faster.
After some consideration, we are going to have the running and sprints on Thursday instead of Wednesday to help our muscles heal. Everyone who goes to the workout needs to attend the running. If you don't go to the workouts and still want to improve your physical well being then you should also attend. Plan on us meeting up at the track at 5 and we will see how running goes but we will not be there longer than 6. I am looking forward to see everyone there
