Ok my mom called local hotels around the area to try and get the best rate for all parents who are planning on coming to nationals.
We had to look now because Fort Benning, an army base in the area, is having graduation that weekend so all the hotels are going to fill up fast.
Here's the best hotel she found...

The hotel is 3 years old and 100% smoke-free. They offer free buffet breakfast, indoor heated pool and whirlpool and fitness center. Each room has a microwave and fridge. They are right by the bowling center (walking distance) and have an agreement with the center for tournaments.
April 20-24 - $69.00 per night
She blocked off 10 rooms 8 rooms with 2 Queen beds and 2 rooms with a King bed and a sofa bed (junior suite). Both room types are the same rate. The block is under my moms name (Lorraine McBride). Everyone needs to call and book the rooms before April 4th.
My family took one of the rooms with 2 Queen beds. So right now there are 9 rooms left but more can be blocked off if needed. If my mom needs to block off more rooms just let me know and I will have her call the hotel.
Ok my mom called and blocked off 10 more rooms but there are still rooms available from the first block... so there are now about 15 rooms still under the block.
Just a reminder the block is from the 20th to the 24th so if you are staying longer or coming in earlier make sure that you get tell them these dates as well to get the rate my mom blocked off.

i dont think so. our hotel was complete booked i believe and its further from the bowling alley. the parents staying here will basically be right across the street from where we are bowling
