If all goes well, I will have eligibility forms for the spring available to sign beginning tonight (11/29). They won't be turned in until the last week of January, but I want to get a head start on the process rather than wait and try to track everyone down at the last minute.
If you are on the travel roster for this season, please fill out the form for the spring as you did for the fall. Thanks.
There are two clipboards with eligibility sheets on them. One clipboard is for guys, one for ladies... Please note this... You only provide your year of bowling that you're using this season, print and sign your name and provide your SSN or student ID number. Do NOT fill out anything in the columns to the right dealing with hours and such.
At present, I only have enough forms for 22 guys and 11 girls, but will supplement this at practice Thursday.
