For the first time in a long time there is a topic with some substance on the college bowling forum. You all might wanna check it out. Its about a tournament over the past weekend that forced the bowlers to sit the entire weekend...
Me personally think its absurd but some obviously feel quite strongly about it. Hopefully this trend doesnt catch on.
I'll let you all read it all to form an opinion.

1. Raiders classic forced teams to sit down so spectators to see 2. Tournament director swears he has been in the bowling industry long enough and knows whats right. 3. Karl owned him and basically told him his logic made no sense. 4. Joe S. basically said he would never go to his tournament cause the rule is lame. 5. lots of annoying banter bout off topic stuff stuck in the middle.

nice post on the college bowing forum council.. agree 100%.. forcing people to sit or stand is ridiculous.. Dean, I liked your post as well.. I think standing is better for sure, but like Dean said in his post, whenever we've got a little down time, sitting always feels amazing.. It does suck standing for 8 hours then having sore feet for the next 2.. Either way, I think we should be allowed to do whatever we feel's most comfortable.
agreed Dolph... all of these new ideas and rule changes suck.. i think it's hurting the bowling program and sport in general more than its helping it.. i mean honestly, why would you not televise our nationals this year??? i think its a big slap in the face.
