I havent posted this because yet ... I dont know why, I just havent but my friend Donny commited suicide a week ago. It's been buggin me a lot because he was never depressed or suicidal...or so we thought. He was always happy, making everyone laugh. Music was his life... he played guitar in my band & friends bands. He's been my friend since 6th grade and I even graduated with him. He took his life by hooking a hose up to his exhaust pipe & brought the hose into the room where he was sitting & shut the door. I felt like saying all this because, I hope none of you take the same route. No one knows why Donny even killed himself. He didnt leave a will, a note, or nothing. Police found nothing on his computer. His sister or mother didnt have a clue either.
Anyway.. on myspace page (myspace.com/buffshinedscars) theres a place where it tells you where to send donations, sympathy cards, etc.. I know none of you know him, but I felt I should post this here because I've posted it everywhere else. It's perfectly fine if you dont send anything, the only thing I ask from you guys is to never do this to me. Thats plenty enough of a contribution. It seems like every summer, I lose a friend... it's becoming a trend. And i just hope you're all better than that. If you need help, get some! Don't wait around and end up making a mistake.
