Also...I need to get a ball park count for the number of people that will need transportion to Team Match Games. I know rosters aren't finalized, but trying to determine how many vans we'll actually need, so let me know what you can. Anyone NOT traveling by van will have to complete the travel form as usual. Since it's a short week with Thanksgiving, please don't wait until the last minute if possible.
Also, the National Collegiate Team Match Games will have a Thanksgiving Dinner for all Athletes and coaches this year after competition on Friday at Bel Air. The cost for the Banquet is $10.00 per person. This includes, Turkey, Roast Beef, Chicken, Dessert, Drinks and all the trimmings. There will be an awards ceremony after the dinner to honor the All-Tournament teams after Fridays competition.
If you would like to attend this banquet, it needs to be paid for in advance at $10 per person.
If you do not pre-pay, there won't be a meal available for you. Let me know if you would like to go by the end of the weekend. I'll send a check in for the total and deduct the amount from meal money.
