If you signed an athlete agreement form, which most of you did on the Tuesday before Nationals, you want to head over to Chanda Jackson's office located on the second floor of the Performance Arena and pick up your gift immediately.
FR.- Hoodies SO.- Computer/Messenger Bag JR.- Fleece SR- Was supposed to have blankets with the logo, your name, sport and year embroidered on them but the forms weren't turned in on time so I put down your sizes and just ask Coach Jackson what you can get.
If you know you didn't sign a form, I suggest you print it out online on the school athletic page and give it to her and she if she takes it.
