If you are a member of the Sectional bowling roster, please stop by the front desk as St. Charles Lanes and fill out the eligibility form by Monday, March 2nd.

There is a separate sheet for the guys and for the girls on a clipboard.  Print your name and SS #, then sign it.  That's all you have to do really...
