This message is for anyone that is participating in the USBC Singles competition in Fairview Heights and is traveling to Las Vegas for the Sectional tournament.

The school is trying to determine what transportation might be needed, if any.

I need to know from EVERYONE if you will need transportation to and from Fairview Heights and if you would need transportation to the airport.  I need to get an exact count for how many will use provided transportation and how many will fend for themselves (and fill out the appropriate travel authorization forms).  The idea is to decide now and stick to it so the school doesn't end up providing transportation and then no one uses it.  Because of the late return from Vegas, it many not be possible for the school to provide rides back to campus from the airport, but something can probably be set up to get everyone over there.  (at least that's what happened last year).

Please respond here or to Phil's e-mail with your name (so I knew who's responding) by SUNDAY, MARCH 9th!  (Randy is in New Mexico)  We'll take the information to the school first thing Monday to try to set things up.

Thanks for the feedback everyone... Based on this response, I will try to get a couple vans set up to get everyone from the PA to the airport... Don't know if I can get return transportation because of the lateness of the return flight, but I'll ask.  I've officially heard back from only half of those going to Vegas, so at this point I can only assume that those not responding DON'T need transportation and will fill out the transportation forms by Tuesday.  Let me know ASAP otherwise. 

At this point, it doesn't appear that enough people need transportation to Fairview Heights to warrant getting anything.  If that's the case, everyone needs to fill out a travel form and get it signed by Wednesday whether you're driving or riding with someone else...
