From our head Athletic Trainer, a reminder to all returning student-athletes in the bowling program...
I wanted to be sure to get this information to you so you can pass it along to your returning student-athletes that will be getting their returner physicals done over in the Field House this weekend.
WE WILL NOT HAVE COMPUTERSavailable in the Field House for those that have not completed their Vivature to do so. If a student-athlete shows up to the Field House and has not completed their Vivature, they will be sent directly up to the Spellman Computer Lab to get it done. They cannot get their physical done until their Vivature is complete.
I just want to make sure that everyone has fair warning of this.
I have included a schedule below as a reminder of physical times.
Please make every effort to get your physical done at the scheduled time on Saturday. If there is just no way you can do that for some reason, please let Phil know as soon as possible and we will find a time that you can be rescheduled. You are not to practice, tryout, or compete until cleared by athletic training. Thanks.

Just sending one last update on vivature forms before physicals on Saturday. If you could forward this email onto the team, that would be great.
We WILL NOT have computers at physicals this weekend. All of the forms on vivature need to be filled out with what is marked next to each person's name. If these are not filled out by their physical time, they will have to go up to Spellman computer lab before they are able to complete their physical.
The returner physical date is this upcoming Saturday, August 26th, at 3:00pm. The newcomer physical date is Tuesday, August 29th, at 1:00. Please bring proof of insurance to your physical!
If you need instructions on how to set up a Vivature account, please email Phil and he can send them to you.
Please make sure these forms are filled out so that the physical process is quicker! You can NOT get your physical done until everything is done online.
Here's a list of those I anticipate to be active that have yet to update their medical/insurance info online. Please get off this list ASAP! If you need to know what forms/information is still needed, contact Kristin Trotter at ktrotter@lindenwood.edu or Alex Snow at ams353@lindenwood.edu. Or, last resort, Phil can tell you as well.
