Now that the collegiate bowling season has wound down and graduation is a few weeks away I thought I would reach out and remind everyone there are plenty of great management opportunities in the industry. If you have graduating student-athletes looking for a career in the bowling industry I would be more than happy to speak with them. I am currently recruiting for general managers and assistant managers in the Chicago market, and if you have someone interested in other markets I can assist there as well.
Thanks in advance, and if I can be of any assistance please let me know.
The IBC Youth Development Team is looking for candidates to fill several full-time Youth Development Specialist positions.
The IBC Youth Development is a joint effort by BPAA and USBC to move our game, sport and activity forward. The Vision is to encourage all children to experience the enjoyment of organzied bowling. Our Mission is to provide resources and education that inspire others to provide a safe, positive and fun environment for athletes of all ages and skill levels. We will support a ladder-based development system designed for the growth of the athlete. We will speak to the children as they are, where they are, as we support their needs at each step. Within the ladder, we will feature promotion of bowling through all educational channels. Our promotional means include Bowlopolis, Bowler's Ed, USBC Youth Membership, USA Bowling, USBC High School, Pepsi, Youth Open, Junior Gold and USBC Collegiate.
This is a great opportunity for those looking to begin their careers in the bowling industry. There are currently several territories open: The Northeast, the Great Lakes, and the Southwest/South Central regions. We are looking to fill these three positions in the next 4 weeks and do have several potential candidates. However, if this is something that might interest you in the future and now isn't the right time I'd highly suggest submitting your resume regardless. Potential jobs open up all the time and the International Bowling Campus is where you will want to be.
