This is from VisionQuest. About a wrestler who has decided to wrestle the best in the state named Shute. He's having second thoughts when he meets up with a friend of his; an older co-worker. "IT'S NOT THE SIX MINUTES, IT'S WHAT HAPPENS IN THAT SIX MINUTES!"

The point is a little morbid, but meaning is clear. Seize the day. You will never be in college again. You're young, smart, single and for many as physically fit as you ever will be in your life. There is much stress in your lives, but you will see as time goes, and life becomes more predictable and mundane, and you will look back cherish this time in your life. There is nothing wrong with growing older and having a job and a family, but you will never be this free again. Chose your destiny wisely, make good decisions that will guide you for the rest of your life; however, always remember you will only be a college student once at Lindenwood. Carpe Diem!

Yeah, it's about a fictional pig that talks. And, yeah, it's about the "sport" of sheep herding.
Still, it conveys the message that Will Smith was saying, don't let others decided what you can and can not do. Listen to your heart, believe in your team and believe in yourself. You can do amazing things if you believe.
