J-Term Guys, sign the eligibility form at the counter.  Same deal as the fall.  Note number of the year of collegiate bowling eligibility you're using, print your name, list SSN or student ID, then sign.  That's it!  DO NOT LIST ANYTHING ELSE IN THE OTHER COLUMNS.

THOSE BOWLING THE SPRING, BUT NOT HERE DURING JTERM, YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN THE FIRST MONDAY OF THE SPRING SEMESTER!! 

Also, a reminder, the McK Baker Challenge tournament January 24-25 is technically a part of the spring semester, so those eligible travel roster players not in J-term, but enrolled fulltime in the spring can bowl that, however you will not be allowed to check into housing early.  :/
