We will have a brief dinner/ring ceremony (no more than 90 minutes long) to distribute the women's 2014 Carlson Cup rings and the men's 2014 ITC rings.
You may just wear the uniform you wore during the tournament on Saturday if you wish, but if you change, do not wear any jeans or t-shirts. Stick to collared shirts and business casual pants/skirts/skorts, etc.
It will start at 6:30 p.m. Saturday evening, November 22 in the Vandalia Room on the third floor at the Student Athlete Center (the new building at the end of the football field). We will have a casual dinner with the following:
Hamburgers Grilled Chicken Cole Slaw Pasta Salad Fresh Baked Cookies Coffee, Iced Tea, and Water
All eligible members of the men's 2013-14 travel roster will be receiving a ring and should plan to attend. The school covered the cost of girl's rings just for the players that went on that trip, so those players should definitely plan to attend. Please let me know if you cannot for any reason.
We have room for up to 60 people, which will allow additional members in our program on or off the travel roster to attend, as well as any parents that might be in the area. I just need to know who is interested.
Could we also do something on the live stream on Sunday as well? I mean, I personally think it would be cool for the parents to see their kids get their rings as well.
Enter the Student Athlete Center from the street side entrance and go to the third floor.
Walk past the glassed in reception area down the hall and around the corner to the right. The Vandalia Room is at the end of the hall, there are two entrances to the room.
