I'm posting this for Phil. The following list of people have not been cleared by the Athletic Training Department because of some missing medical/insurance paperwork. The last day to have a physical on campus is Tuesday, Sept 2nd from 12 to 5 pm in Hyland. Don't try to show up right at 5 because they might not stay the whole time! Officially, you are supposed to be cleared before you can bowl tryouts, so that gives you until Friday, 9/5. If you're having issues, please contact Phil
It should be noted that the list Phil received for bowling was STILL missing quite a few people, so you might be shown as missing everything below even if you have turned some or all of the required paperwork in. Hopefully that will be corrected on the next update received from athletic training.

If you still need to turn in paperwork for medical/insurance, you may do so at the Field House, room 116. You don't need to find our specific athletic trainer. I hope to have an updated clearance list by 9/4/14.
I've had a conversation with Athletic Training and the main reason that many haven't been cleared is that you haven't physically met with Ciara to verify all of your paperwork (as indicated in earlier threads) and your Sportsware account. So, even if you've turned in everything, unless you've met with her to verify this, you're still technically not cleared. Those that aren't showing up on their list at all have yet to set up their Sportsware account online, so that still needs to be done.
Her office hours are generally in the morning at Field House 116. We may set up a separate date and time to execute these meetings, but in the mean time, be proactive and set up appointments with her to finalize everything. Please get this done, especially if you've been procrastinating or you won't be able to compete!
If you're on the list, there is still something needed before you're officially cleared. A Sportsware account also needs to be set up and active for everyone. Get it done. Find Ciara in Field House 116. She's in her office generally in the morning. Thanks

GET THIS DONE PLEASE! If you've turned in your paperwork, but haven't met personally with Ciara (see above) or activated a Sportsware account, you're still not in compliance.
